The Texas Heart Institute (THI) is an independent, non-profit organization that is devoted to advancing cardiovascular health through pioneering research, thought leadership, education and patient care. Founded in 1962 by renowned cardiac surgeon Denton Cooley, THI has a long history of being the first to discover and treat the cardiovascular system.
